Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Control Officer to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with procurement teams to forecast inventory needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee stock control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategies for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
  • Maintain records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
  • Train team members on best practices for inventory management.
  • Participate in inventory planning meetings to align with sales forecasts.
  • Support the implementation of new inventory management technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of inventory control experience preferred
