As a Copy and Print Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while overseeing the production of high-quality printed materials. This role demands keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in our busy environment. You will be liaising with customers to understand their printing needs, ensuring that we meet and exceed their expectations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing machinery and software to produce high-quality prints.
• Interface with customers to clarify printing specifications and expectations.
• Oversee the successful execution of printing projects from start to finish.
• Resolve any technical issues related to printing equipment.
• Assist in training newer staff members on best practices in print operations.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, but some experience in customer service or retail environment preferred.
