Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our Birmingham store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a keen ability to lead teams to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for stock management, staff training, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise retail staff.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent retail management qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of retail management experience

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar retail environment: Previous experience in the same or a related sector is beneficial.
