Job Description
We are on the lookout for a talented E-commerce Manager to drive our digital sales strategy and enhance our online customer experience. You'll manage day-to-day operations, optimise web content, and lead the team to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategically align e-commerce operations with the company's overall goals.
Develop engaging content for product descriptions and marketing materials.
Lead the team in implementing user-centric design principles on the website.
Conduct A/B testing for promotions and website layout to enhance customer experience.
Oversee customer service standards across all platforms to ensure exceptional service.
Lead regular training sessions for the e-commerce team on best practices.
Establish an e-commerce budget and monitor expenditures against targets.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
Experience
3 years of experience in digital sales management
