Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Retail Solutions Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in our store operations, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service. You will be responsible for product knowledge, assisting customers, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide product recommendations.

• Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy in sales transactions.
• Assist in inventory management and replenishment of stock.
• Conduct end-of-day cash register reconciliation.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A degree in a related field is desirable

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
