We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our thriving team in Bristol. This role will involve strategising and executing plans to enhance our online sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms and optimising the customer journey to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for product expansion and new revenue streams.
• Coordinate cross-departmental projects to enhance digital customer journeys.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to drive website improvements.
• Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into ongoing strategy.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies that could enhance the online shopping experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in online retail management
