E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales platform, develop effective marketing strategies, and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, analyse sales performance, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure inventory availability.

Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing strategies to enhance online brand presence.
• Evaluate and improve the e-commerce user interface.
• Collaborate with logistics for order fulfillment efficiency.
• Enhance social media engagement to drive traffic to the site.
• Assess competitor strategies and suggest improvements.
• Supervise online merchandising and promotional activities.
• Liaise with customer service to address online queries.
• Facilitate team meetings to align e-commerce objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• MBA or related higher degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
