Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail District Manager to oversee multiple store locations in Nottingham. The right candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence across stores for enhanced customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process for store staff.
  • Collaborate with the HR department on training and development.
  • Promote company values and culture throughout all locations.
  • Oversee stock control and loss prevention strategies.
  • Prepare for and participate in store audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Professional qualifications in retail management would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a retail management role with a strong focus on performance improvement.
