Job Description

As a Retail Salesperson, your role will be to engage with customers, provide expert advice on a wide range of musical instruments, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience. You will be responsible for managing sales transactions, maintaining the store's appearance, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their musical needs and recommend suitable instruments.
  • Provide expert knowledge on product features, pricing, and care.
  • Demonstrate products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Efficiently process sales and returns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Keep the sales floor well-organized and stocked, ensuring high product visibility.
  • Work collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and store policies.
  • Continuously learn about new arrivals and industry innovations to assist customers better.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting specials and upcoming events.
  • Assist in the visual presentation of merchandise to enhance store appeal.

Requirements

Education
  • Music qualification or background is advantageous
