Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Retail Manager to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations including staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing retail strategies.
  • Foster an outstanding customer experience through staff training and development.
  • Evaluate performance metrics to assess productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality.
  • Lead by example in promoting products and creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Handle merchandising and stock presentation to boost visual impact.
  • Participate in community events to promote the store.
  • Report on sales forecasts and prepare store performance reports.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
  • Professional certification in retail management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in retail
