Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Distribution Coordinator to join our Southampton team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain logistics, ensuring timely distribution of goods, and optimising operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in distribution workflows.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
  • Oversee the distribution centre's daily operations.
  • Assist in developing strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Professional qualifications in logistics preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in retail logistics or distribution roles
