We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead our operations team in Hull. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management and a passion for optimising processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and working closely with various departments to ensure our online presence thrives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or E-commerce
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in managing e-commerce operations and teams
