Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Leeds, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of dedicated staff, and drive sales performance. Your key focus will be to enhance the customer experience while optimising store performance. You will play a pivotal role in achieving monthly targets, managing inventory levels, and ensuring an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and improve store processes for better efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards in-store.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Create a positive and engaging work environment for staff.
  • Participate in community engagement activities to promote the store.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and adhere to company policies.
  • Work with regional management to develop store objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in high-volume stores
