Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead our Southampton location. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and be committed to driving sales and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and profitability through effective management.
  • Develop budgets and monitor expenditure.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management and merchandising.
  • Motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best performance.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast future trends.
  • Act as a liaison between the store and the corporate office.
  • Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Participate in community engagement activities and store events.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to attract customers.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail leadership roles
