Job Description

As an Inventory Control Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our inventory processes. Your main focus will be to ensure the accuracy of stock levels, analyse inventory data, and collaborate with various departments to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management to potential shortages.
  • Provide training and support to team members on inventory best practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Create and manage documentation for all inventory transactions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts for inventory processing.
  • Evaluate and recommend software solutions for inventory tracking.
  • Assist in developing strategies for inventory reduction.
  • Work with IT to ensure proper functioning of inventory systems.
  • Measure and report on inventory performance against KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or control
