We are looking for a motivated General Hardware Salesperson to join our retail team in London. In this role, you will engage with customers, help them choose the right products, and provide top-notch service.
Responsibilities
Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
Handle and manage cash transactions securely.
Support management in maintaining an organized and efficient sale process.
Liaise with suppliers for product information and pricing.
Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Education
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experience
Experience in the hardware retail sector is advantageous.
