Job Description

We are looking for a motivated General Hardware Salesperson to join our retail team in London. In this role, you will engage with customers, help them choose the right products, and provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding.
  • Handle and manage cash transactions securely.
  • Support management in maintaining an organized and efficient sale process.
  • Liaise with suppliers for product information and pricing.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Experience
  • Experience in the hardware retail sector is advantageous.

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of DIY projects: Experience with home improvement and DIY projects is a plus.
