We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our retail store in Southampton. This role involves collaborating with various teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement effective loss prevention strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to plan and execute seasonal strategies.
• Lead team meetings to align objectives and motivate staff.
• Ensure a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for customers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar retail role

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
