Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and identify marketing opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and hours to align with peak shopping times.

• Evaluate operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Develop training materials for staff development on operational practices.
• Work closely with the operations manager to plan and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, or related field
• Certifications in Retail Operations are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
