Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Brighton team. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and assist in strategic planning to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to assess profitability and performance metrics.
• Create and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.
• Engage in strategic planning by providing financial insights.
• Collaborate with IT for automation of financial processes.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial data.
• Maintain and improve financial documentation and reporting standards.
• Support business case development for potential investments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CIMA are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting roles
