Test Engineering Analyst

Job Description

The Test Engineering Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and hardware products. You will collaborate with development teams to identify defects and provide valuable feedback, helping shape the quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct risk analysis to determine potential areas for improvement within products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all testing procedures.
• Facilitate root cause analysis to prevent future defects.
• Provide input for product planning to enhance testability of features.
• Foster a culture of quality across the development lifecycle.
• Actively participate in code review processes to identify potential issues early.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand their testing requirements and expectations.
• Assist in resource allocation and prioritisation of testing tasks based on project needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Industry certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in software testing within the IT industry.
