Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our cybersecurity team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring network security and analysing potential vulnerabilities to protect sensitive information from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various security frameworks and tools, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage security tools and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain incident response plans.
  • Provide support in incident management and remediation processes.
  • Engage with external security partners and consultants as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT-related fields
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a cybersecurity role
