Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Help Desk Representative to provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve both software and hardware issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure all tickets are logged accurately and followed up on appropriately.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and challenges.
  • Assist in the rollout of new IT systems and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • HND or relevant qualification in IT
  • Additional IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical support role.
