Job Description

We are looking for a Ring Conductor with strong leadership and communication skills to oversee and coordinate the operations of a ring system. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation industry and the ability to manage large teams efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all train operations, ensuring timely and safe execution of services.
• Train and mentor staff members on operational procedures.
• Utilise performance metrics to suggest improvements and enhance productivity.
• Engage with external stakeholders to align operational activities.
• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency in all operations.
• Review and update operational procedures as necessary.
• Conduct post-operation reviews to identify issues and develop action plans.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications related to transportation are a bonus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in transportation.
