We are looking for a skilled Draw End Hand to join our dynamic team. As a Draw End Hand, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining draw-end machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on draw-end equipment as necessary.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and adhere to compliance standards.
• Work closely with production team to achieve daily output targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in machine operation is preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools
• Basic knowledge of machine control software

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with textile manufacturing: Specific knowledge of processes within the textile industry.
• Forklift certification: Certification for operating forklifts may be advantageous.
