Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules that align with inventory and lead time goals.
  • Utilise ERP systems to track production progress and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand production capabilities and limitations.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges quickly.
  • Conduct regular audits of production plans and recommend adjustments.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on production planning processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are a plus

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or related fields
