Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant based in Aberdeen, you will analyse environmental data, provide expert guidance on regulatory adherence, and facilitate impactful sustainability initiatives. Your expertise will aid clients in minimising their ecological footprint while complying with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental impact assessments for diverse projects.
  • Utilise GIS and other software tools to analyse geographical data.
  • Conduct field surveys and data collection for environmental studies.
  • Prepare and present findings to clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure project compliance with environmental standards and legislation.
  • Cultivate relationships with regulatory stakeholders and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or related field
  • Professional certification is preferred

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
