Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating compelling visual content that resonates with our clients and their audiences. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to design graphics for a variety of media, including websites, social media, and advertising materials.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Consult with other departments to ensure design solutions meet their needs.
• Monitor and analyse design effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage production schedules and liaise with printers and other vendors.
• Creatively solve design problems and propose solutions for complex challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Relevant certifications in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related field

• Adobe Photoshop

• InDesign
