Beater Worker Helper

Job Description

We are looking for a Beater Worker Helper to join our manufacturing team in Birmingham. As a Beater Worker Helper, you will assist the Beater Worker in operating machinery and ensuring a smooth production process. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine setup and operation.
• Accurately feed raw materials into machinery.
• Continuously monitor production for efficiency and quality.
• Conduct routine quality inspections on manufactured products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with peers to achieve daily production goals.
• Notify the supervisor of any machine issues or operational glitches.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of final goods.
• Pitch in with other manufacturing tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Any experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be advantageous.
