Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our vibrant team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business needs, documenting requirements, and aligning technology solutions with business goals. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse current business processes and identify technological solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Create process flow diagrams and business intelligence reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Support user acceptance testing and feedback sessions.
  • Develop training materials and provide support for end-users.
  • Help shape project budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role
