Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and consulting, assisting clients with compliance and sustainability practices. You'll be pivotal in managing projects and providing expert advice on environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance audits and assessments for various clients.
• Prepare detailed assessments and reports on environmental risks and mitigation strategies.
• Guide clients on environmental legislation, policy, and sustainability initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communicate environmental impacts effectively.
• Evaluate and improve client processes to enhance environmental performance.
• Participate in fieldwork and sample collection as necessary for environmental analysis.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on environmental practices and project management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting with project management experience

• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
