Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cutter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and shaping materials to specific dimensions and ensuring the final product meets quality expectations. You will interpret patterns and collaborate with team members to enhance our production process.

Responsibilities

• Use industrial cutting machines to cut fabrics according to specifications.
• Review and maintain specifications for each fabric type to ensure quality.
• Calibrate cutting machinery to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies in fabric quality to the Production Manager.
• Ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with the sewing and quality control teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the cutting process.
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
