Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Operations Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in controlling and managing inventory systems. You'll need strong analytical abilities to interpret data and suggest improvements for our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inventory activities and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Generate and analyse reports to identify trends and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to align inventory strategies.
  • Monitor and improve cycle counting processes and inventory audits.
  • Provide training and support to staff on inventory management procedures.
  • Respond to queries regarding inventory and provide necessary data to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory processes.
  • Assist in the development of new procedures and workflows for inventory management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. APICS) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
