Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory management operations in Newport. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
Lead and optimise the inventory management process.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely stock delivery.
Monitor and enforce inventory control measures.
Actively participate in stocktaking and audits.
Advise on cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory department.
Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding inventory issues.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
Additional certifications in inventory management preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles
