Job Description

As a Mannequin Refinisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that mannequins are aesthetically appealing and well-maintained for retail displays. Your artistic skills will contribute to attracting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on mannequins to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform touch-ups and full refinishing as required to maintain visual appeal.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to theme mannequins appropriately.
• Document finished work and update inventory records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and innovations in mannequin displays.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required.
• Experience in visual merchandising or retail industry is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in mannequin refinishing or a related field is preferred.
