Responsibilities

• Work with various production tools and technology.
• Execute production runs efficiently and accurately.
• Provide support to quality control during audits.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
• Actively engage in team-building activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding process flow.
• Support new hires during their onboarding process.

• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies: Knowledge of Six Sigma principles to improve process quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with regulated industries: Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals or food production is advantageous.
