• Prepare and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics for efficient stock management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field
• Advanced degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
