Job Description

We are seeking an Inventory Management Officer to oversee the effective management of inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock control, logistics, and a keen eye for detail to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end inventory management process.
  • Analyze inventory data to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Use inventory management software for accurate stock tracking.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory practices.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of physical inventory with system records.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly inventory reports for review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
