Job Description

As a Meat Grading Machine Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating the machines that grade meat products to meet our high-quality standards. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up grading machines according to the day's production requirements.
• Inspect meat products visually and using grading machines for quality assurance.
• Document any discrepancies and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Work closely with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed during downtime.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities.
• Uphold regulatory standards for food safety and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in food processing is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Familiarity with safety protocols

Languages
