Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Hand Packers to support our manufacturing team. You will play a vital role in the packaging process, ensuring that our products meet customer expectations for quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the packing line operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Review packing orders and prepare necessary supplies.
• Perform quality checks on packed items.
• Report discrepancies in product quality to supervisors.
• Contribute ideas for improving packing efficiency.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of packing line issues.
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure timely product dispatch.
• Participate in health and safety training sessions.
• Support stock take processes and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Previous experience in packaging or warehouse roles preferred.

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with different packaging materials and techniques

Soft Skills

• Physical stamina
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
