Job Description

As a Passenger Attendant (Bath Stewardess), your responsibility includes maintaining cleanliness and high hygiene standards within spa and bath facilities. You will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for customers with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Assisting with other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or team lead.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss improvements in service standards.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all spa offerings to effectively assist guests.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or spa services are a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or spa environment is desirable.
