We are looking for a skilled Brusher to join our team. As a Brusher, you will be responsible for applying brushes to various surfaces, ensuring a quality finish and precise detailing. This role requires strong attention to detail and expertise in brush application techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed brushwork for high-quality finishes on shoes.
• Assist in preparing materials and tools for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Engage in continual learning of new techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with other operators to enhance production efficiency.
• Document and report any quality issues to management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; relevant certifications a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of paint types

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
