Job Description

We are currently seeking an Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Worker to join our vibrant team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
• Inspect systems for compliance with specifications and standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance needs.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance practices.

Requirements

Education

• HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years in a maintenance role

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting
• Project Management

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety
• CompEx Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of HVAC systems: Experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
