We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineering) to oversee and lead our engineering projects in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Establish project objectives and provide direction for teams.
• Track project milestones and deliverables against timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering
• Project Management certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Microsoft Project

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Time Management

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean methodologies: Knowledge of Lean principles for efficient project execution.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations: Understanding of relevant environmental regulations applicable to projects.
