We are seeking a creative Architect with a passion for design and sustainability to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various project scales, working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative architectural solutions to life. Your role will involve conceptual design, technical documentation, and ensuring that projects meet all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.
• Advise clients on architectural best practices and innovative solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for project proposals.
• Ensure that all projects comply with the latest regulations and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior architects and interns in design and documentation processes.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management

• Chartered Architect (RIBA)
