Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising production processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing production lines to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance product design and manufacturing processes.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the production environment.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to align on standards and practices.
• Lead Kaizen events to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create and manage key performance indicators for production efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of new equipment into existing processes.
• Report on project outcomes and propose adjustments for future initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
