Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our innovative team in Manchester. In this role, you will optimally design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using your engineering expertise to analyse workflows and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop process flow diagrams and engineering specifications.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure process compliance.
• Analyse production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to assess and implement process changes.
• Support the integration of new technologies into manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing-focused role
