We are looking for highly motivated Solar Sales Representatives and Assessors to join our team. The successful candidates will play a key role in generating sales and building long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and energy solutions. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
  • Assess customer needs through consultations and recommend suitable solar systems.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update product knowledge and participate in training sessions.
  • Utilise CRM to record interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
  • Foster a positive team environment conducive to achieving collective and individual goals.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy sector
