Join our team in Birmingham as an SEO Specialist, where you will develop and execute innovative SEO strategies. You will work closely with our content and design teams to ensure alignment with our digital marketing goals, driving organic traffic and improving user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-value keywords to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website structure and internal linking for better crawler access.
• Monitor search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Generate monthly SEO performance reports for the management team.
• Advise on content strategy based on SEO best practices.
• Develop outreach initiatives for link acquisition.
• Provide recommendations for improving website user experience.
• Assist in creating landing pages with a focus on conversion rates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Digital Marketing or similar

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with proven results

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
