Responsibilities

• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce success and report to management.
• Develop content strategies for product descriptions and marketing materials.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic website traffic.
• Work with logistics to streamline order fulfilment and delivery processes.
• Engage with social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and online community.
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of e-commerce management experience
