Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Appraiser to evaluate property values and conditions for various purposes, including sales and investments. The successful candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather data regarding market trends and comparable properties.
• Create comprehensive reports with detailed assessments of property valuations.
• Work with the sales and marketing department to ensure valuations align with business objectives.
• Keep abreast of changes in industry regulations and standards.
• Assist with training new appraisal team members.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct market surveys to improve appraisal accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Professional appraisal certification (e.g. MAI, SRA, ASA, RICS)

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate appraisal
